The prices Quoted above are applicable to Level 3 Buildings.

Level 3 Buildings are defined as having:

• Simple heating systems i.e. boilers up to100kw.
• Air conditioning system up to 12kw.
• Typical fabric – i.e. standard ‘domestic’ or simple ‘low rise’ construction.
• Most ‘High Street’ shops and small offices.
• Warehouse / Industrial Units which do not have substantial air conditioned offices.
